ONE BILLION IN SALES - Teresa Minnick still gets excited about a great floor plan, a new construction site —and helping buyers & sellers.
Her career has taken her through some of New Jersey’s most exciting residential markets and developments, working with nationally recognized builders and developers including Extell, Lennar, Toll Brothers, Centex, SGS Communities, Madison Marquette and iStar.
Teresa has spent much of her career specializing in new construction, luxury condominiums, coastal real estate, sales strategy, marketing and lease-up programs.
She has also had a front-row seat to some incredible transformations along the Jersey Shore, including the redevelopment of Asbury Park, the growth of Pier Village, and the continued evolution of Long Branch into one of New Jersey’s premier coastal destinations.
Today, Teresa's work includes luxury condominium sales, new development consulting, rental communities and select resale opportunities throughout Monmouth County.
But real estate has never been only about buildings for Teresa.
It's about people, timing, instinct and understanding why someone falls in love with a particular home.
She loves the energy of launching a new development, watching a neighborhood change, introducing buyers to something they may not have considered—and yes, she still loves walking onto a construction site.
Teresa believes real estate should be professional without being stuffy.

When she's not talking real estate, Teresa is usually somewhere along the Jersey Shore enjoying the communities she has spent her career helping to build, market and sell.
